What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover card. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Afterpay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Afterpay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Currently we ship domestically (within Australia) for $15 flat rate with free shipping for all orders over $99. Additionally, you can collect your order from our workspace in Richmond, Victoria. We are adding additional shipping regions frequently. If you would like us to ship to your country, please contact us.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, or request an exchange, provided its within 30 days since receiving it, and as long as it’s undamaged, unworn and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend contacting us and we can make you a harness that's fits you perfectly.
What is your return process?
Please contact info@poledaddy.com.au to request initiation of a return. Providing the return is within the cancellation period and meets our return criteria. You need to return the item to our Melbourne workspace.
